The hotel featured a large infinity pool. This pool offered warm water and a relaxing experience with a beautiful view. A convenient bus service ran every 15 minutes throughout the premises. This was very helpful given the distances between various points.
The service in one of the bars was slow. I needed to re-order my drinks.

i found the food variety excellent. Freshly baked bread was available. The pizza was always enjoyable. The pools were fantastic.
the front desk provided the worst customer service. i tried to get a hairbrush and they wanted me to pay. OTHER tourists received hairbrushes for free. The shower head in our room was broken.

i stayed in building 4. my room faced the sea and had a swimming pool view from the back. mr mahmoud welcomed me warmly at reception. ms. radwa helped me with any requests. housekeeping and restaurant staff were very kind and professional. the entire place was very clean. all amenities were accessible. the food was delicious. soft drinks were always available.
the cleaner arrived very early to clean the rooms. i suggest using the do not disturb sign if you want to sleep in.

the room included a comfortable king-size bed and a spacious balcony with partial sea views. there were also two bedside tables, a mini-fridge, and a flat-screen tv. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries.

the hotel has multiple swimming pools, including one heated pool open during winter. the gym has four treadmills, several weight machines ,and dumbbells. i saw a tennis court and a volleyball court near the beach area.

i found the staff to be friendly and helpful, promptly addressing any requests i had. the reception offered quick check-in and check-out services. the concierge provided useful information about local attractions and activities.
